With the installation scheduled just four weeks away and critical product orders unfulfilled, Arizona Game Rooms stepped in to fill the gap, ready to bring their expertise and commitment to this urgent project.

The project began with discussions surrounding the specific game features that would best serve the new luxury community. After consultations with Sue, it was decided to include two 8-foot outdoor pool tables, an outdoor ping pong table, and a matching outdoor wall rack to organize all necessary accessories. Knowing that these amenities needed to be both durable and appealing for outdoor use, Arizona Game Rooms quickly moved into the logistics of custom-building these steel tables. The challenge was to complete the fabrication and ensure timely delivery by July 3rd, just days away from the holiday weekend.

On July 3rd, 2018, with the monsoons and the haboob in the horizon were approaching, the Arizona Game Rooms team loaded the trailer with the freshly completed products, ready for their 4 AM departure to Las Vegas on the 4th of July. It was with Vignette Interior Effects, led by the talented designer and owner Brandi Hunt, for the upscale renovation of Sonoma Ridge Apartments. This collaboration began with a crucial decision-making phase, where Brandi carefully selected the game features that would enhance the community's social amenities. After discussing various options and considering the preferences of future residents, it was decided that the project would include an 8-foot modern pool table, a 12-foot shuffleboard table, and a 1031 game cocktail arcade game. Each of these pieces was chosen to create an inviting atmosphere that would encourage interaction and provide residents with a variety of entertaining options.

With the selection finalized, the project moved into the order phase and logistics of procurement. About 8 weeks later the delivery date was upon us and installation was to begin. Arizona Game Rooms arrived on-site, ready to transform the designated game room into a vibrant space. Geovanni (my lead installer since the beginning) & I were met with enthusiasm from Brandi, who was eager to see her vision come to life. Geovanni & I immediately got to work, carefully unpacking and assembling the selected game pieces, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as the modern pool table was set as the centerpiece, flanked by the impressive shuffleboard and the vintage-themed arcade game that promised to entertain residents for hours.

About an hour into the installation, Brandi approached me with a satisfied smile. “I knew I made the right choice by using you and yourr company,” she said. Her feedback was a highlight of the day as she praised Arizona Game Rooms for maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
